Made with breathable neoprene and a self-fastening closure, this reusable gel pack contours to the body and features two premium-quality gel packs. Place the BodyMed® Lower Back Hot & Cold Pack in the freezer for 1–½–2 hours for up to 20 minutes of cold therapy. This gel pack remains pliable even while frozen, making it easy to be molded to the body. Place the Back Gel Pack in the microwave for 30 seconds for up to 18 minutes of warm therapy. This lower back hot/cold pack measures 18.3" L x 8.6" W.
